Lil' Wayne LOSES Lawsuit Over Qunicy Jones III Documentary!

It looks as though Lil' Wayne's recent HIGHlarious behavior during his deposition may have cost him his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III!

As we've reported, the rapper sued the son of Quincy Jones over his Weezy-centric documentary, Tha Carter, for using music from his album Tha Carter III without proper permission...and from what we hear, not being too pleased with the way in which he's portrayed!

However, as Wayne was unable to make the court date for the trial, as the day he was supposed to testify he was hospitalized after suffering seizure-like symptoms mid-flight! Therefore, all his lawyer had to show the jury was his aforementioned deposition...and we all know how THAT went!

Kelsey Grammer $100 Million Lawsuit DISMISSED!!!

This must be a HUGE relief.

Kelsey Grammer has been dismissed from a MASSIVE lawsuit that he was being named as a defendant in.

Lydia Cornell, an actress and one of Grammer's former co-stars, was one of the plaintiffs that filed a $100 million suit against Staropoly.com for using the Frasier star's endorsement to trick people into investing in a Ponzi scheme.

Grammer has maintained that he was duped just like everyone else and lost $1 million in the process.involved in the legal matter.

Now if only Mitt Romney were to get elected, than this might be one of the best days of his life.

Spain Loves Love, Deems Gay Marriage Constitutional!!

The Kingdom of Spain's Constitutional Court (the highest court) has decided to uphold the legality of gay marriage, rejecting an appeal that would BAN same sex couples joining together in holy matrimony!

Spain became the third country in the WORLD to legalize gay marriage in 2005, and it would have been too sad to see them take an ignorant step back.

Congrats Spain!!!

Now if only the United States would take note from our friends across the Atlantic and allow ALL people to officiate their love, regardless of gender!

Pray Dodaj, a maid and (former) Jennifer lopez fan was apparently working in the SUPER ritzy hotel Melia Duesseldorf in Germany where the singer was staying, and plucked up enough courage to try and get Jennifer's autograph...

But according to Pray, she was denied an autograph AND J-Lo complained to the hotel management, who then proceeded to fire her!

Pray claims: costumes didn't infuse the pop megastar with a peace and love mentality!
