Mariah Carey is one of the biggest singers ev-er, so it
makes sense that Rihanna would look up to her!
The Diamonds singer talked about her early days and
revealed:
"I remember looking up to people like Mariah
Carey. I identified with her in so many ways. She
was bi-racial, she was also young and I remember
just hearing her story and really being connected
to it. Now, I moved to America and I started
listening to pop music and rock music and all these
other bands [and] artists that I never knew about
from the '80s, the '70s. I draw inspiration from
everything, even if it's weird, there's always

Mariah has inspired people everywhere, but we wonder

Bobby Brown Claims Not To Be Guilty Of Third DUI.
Bobby Brown has pled "not guilty" after his recent DUI
in October. At the time, he was also charged with
driving with a restricted license and also driving a car
that didn't have a breathalyzer device in it.
The last two stipulations were a result of his second DUI
this year, and third ever.
If the court finds that Bobby is indeed guilty, he could
get thrown in the clink for two years.
Wowzers!
He'll have a pre-trial next month.
It's never good to hear that someone is going to jail, but
how hard is it to follow the law?!
He's still innocent until proven guilty, though.
Twilight Breaking Dawn: Part 2 Is Barely Missing Its Record-Breaking Part 1 Mark!
Summit Entertainment is reporting that Breaking Dawn: Part 2 has just grossed an estimated $30.4 million from both Thursday night and midnight Friday viewings.
And that's pretty huge when you think about how much Hot Topic-shopping you could do with all of that, but unfortunately -- it's not as big as Part 1's opening was.
That blockbuster made an astounding $30.3M just from the 12:01am shows.

Kim Kardashian Apologizes For Israel-Palestine Comments! Read Her Statement HERE!

And Friday, she made sure everyone keeping up with
her Twitter account read an apology she wrote
following her comments on the Israel-Palestine conflict.
After tweeting "praying for everyone in Israel," and
"praying for everyone in Palestine and across the
world," she deleted both tweets (the second of which
was only tweeted after the first one caused
controversy).
Taking some time to ease the offense she caused some
followers, she released this statement:
"I want to own up to and explain that earlier today
I sent out two tweets about saying prayers for the
people in Palestine and Israel and after hearing
from my followers, I decided to take down the
tweets because I realized that some people were
offended and hurt by what I said, and for that I
apologize."
"I should have pointed out my intentions behind
these tweets when I posted them. The fact is that
regardless of religion and political beliefs, there
are countless innocent people involved who didnt
choose this, and I pray for all of them and also for
a resolution. I also pray for all the other people
around the world who are caught in similar
crossfires."
So basically, she wasn't trying to take sides. Clearly she
had just heard of the recent bombings and thought of
the innocent lives being caught in the politics of war.
Kimmy is no saint, and she'll be the first to tell you.
But she's definitely not gonna take sides in a political
battle, either. It would hurt her fame, LOL!
Katy Perry Takes John Mayer Home To Meet The Parents?
Looks like it has!
The notorious heartbreaker was spotted accompanying his pop star girlfriend around her hometown of Santa Barbara this week.
The on-again-off-again couple dinned at a few local eateries, and were spotted taking in some of the SoCal scenery -- including a a romantic tour of The Old Mission. CUUUTE!
The lovey-dovey songbirds appear to be closer than ever... much closer than we've seen Johnny with any of his past lady pals!
Now that he's gone back home and (we assume) met her parents, it's going to be prit-tay hard for Mr. Mayer to d-bag out of this relationship. Which John must have considered before agreeing to tag along with KatyKat.
Does this mean John Mayer -- THE womanizing, heart stilling, permanent bachelor we've come to know and (let's face it) loath over the years -- is actually falling in love??
