popular Yoruba actress, Bisi Komolafe, at the burial on Friday.

It was the first time Ijaduola would speak

David Beckham's Son Debuts First Burberry Commercial

Romeo Beckham has what it takes to be a fashion model: looks, energy, personality and very famous parents.

A few weeks ago, the world got its first look at Davidand Victoria Beckham 's 10-year-old son Romeo in his first print ad for the British fashion house Burberry.

Now the vivacious young lad's first Burberry commercial has been released, and it really shows off his energy and personality -- plus a totally winning, gap-toothed smile.

We can't decide which parent Romeo resembles more, his dashing dad or his elfin-faced mum.

Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice of the 1990s pop girl group Spice Girls, is known for not smiling, at least in photos. But her son certainly has a great andinfectious grin, which contrasts with the pouty, stone-cold serious models he's posing with.

According to Burberry Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey , "Romeo was a joy to work withand really stole the show." He added: "This season's campaign lights up with the infectious energy of an amazing young cast of old and new Burberry family...We had such fun shooting the campaign, and I think that comes through in the images, which really reflect the upbeat spirit of the collection."

Romeo is the second-oldest Beckham boy and the first to start a modeling career. There's also his two brothers, Brooklyn, 13, and Cruz, 7. And then there'sthe baby girl, Harper Seven, who will be 18-months-old next week.

Something tells us that her designing mother may launch a girls' line for her to model.

Al Pacino, Helen Mirren and David Mamet on 'PhilSpector' Inspirations

Ahead of the HBO film's spring premiere, the actors open up their prep work to play versions of the legendary music producer-turned-convicted murderer and his defense attorney, Linda Kenney Baden.

When David Mamet' s Phil Spector premieres in thespring, viewers should not expect precise impersonations of the legendary music producer andhis defense attorney Linda Kenney Baden .

"It's a strange amalgamation of imagination and reality," noted Oscar winner Helen Mirren, who was on hand Friday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour to plug the HBO film inwhich she stars as Baden. To hear her and co-star AlPacino tell it, the goal with this effort was not to impersonate the real-life characters but rather to use them as inspiration in telling a fictionalized story about the client-attorney relationship between Spector and Baden during his first murder trial for the 2003 killing of actress Lana Clarkson .

In fact, Pacino never even tried to meet the "Wall of Sound" producer because, as he put it, "it's a different Phil Spector now." The man Pacino set out to play was still participating in his first murder trial, which ended in a hung jury in 2007; Spector was convicted in his second trial in 2009 and was sentenced to 19 years to life in prison (he remains incarcerated at the state prison in Corcoran, Calif.). Rather, the actor spent many hours watching footage of that trial and trying to make sense of the character -- a "mythical" Spector -- that Mamet had crafted.

Although Mirren insists she never tried to become an exact replica of Baden either, she did form a relationship with her character's inspiration, who served as a consultant on the HBO project. "It's amazing to have someone available to you who knew those experiences, but we're not exactly replicating Linda's experiences," Mirren explained, noting that she had little time to prepare for the roleas she stepped in to replace an injured Bette Midler once production was underway.

(Given the role of attorney-client privilege, Baden could share very little about Spector and his trial experience with the cast and crew. What she did reveal Friday was that she remains unconvinced that Spector is guilty: "I've always said to myself that I thought thatthe forensic evdience did not prove that he had committed this crime," she said. "And I think that's what this movie explores."

Mirren did a considerable amount of additional research for the part as well, a process made easier by her filmmaker husband Taylor Hackford 's personal experience with -- and subsequent stories about -- Spector, having worked with him decades earlier on the 1980 film The Idolmaker. " You can't exaggerate these stories. Phil Spector is a man of such incredible contradictions," added Mirren of someone who she describes as half-man, half-beast."He must have lived in a permanent dream."

Mamet was similarly intrigued by those contradictions once he watched a Spector documentary, The Agony and Ecstasy of Phil Spector , that his agent recommended. Mamet acknowledged that initially he had little interest in learning more about the convicted producer: "I said, 'I don't want to know anything about Phil Spector. I know all I need to know, which is that he was a freak,he killed some girl, he went away.

Good riddance," Mamet said, noting that the "brilliant" doc made himquestion Spector's sentencing-- and the desire to tackle his story. "A half an hour in, you're saying, 'How could I be so prejudiced? The guy's kind of brilliant,'" Mamet recalled.

"And at the end of the documentary, you're saying, 'Wait a second. I came to this with such prejudice. Maybe the guy's not guilty.' "

The Ballad Of Chris Brown and Rihanna: All We Are Saying... Is Give Us a Break

Today's self-serving, social media-obsessed pop stars are a far cry from the original power couple in bed -- John Lennon and Yoko Ono -- who had something to say.

It could be said that an Instagram is worth a thousand words, and in the virtual world of R&B hitmaker Chris Brown and pop star Rihanna , suggestive images tweeted on New Year's Day basically implied, "We just got it on!"

The evidence came by way of bedding -- specifically:an identical-looking black and white polka-dotted comforter seen in the pair's respective photo journals, leaving fans and critics alike to speculate once more about their seemingly on-again relationship.

It's clear that the two have been trying to rehabilitate their image as a couple since Brown's scandalous assault of Rihanna on Grammy weekend in 2009, for which he was sentenced to five years probation and 1,400 hours of comunity service.

The duo's sometimes-shrewd use of social media as well as a recent appearance at a Los Angeles Lakers game has certainly kept them in the news -- not thateither of them need any help -- adding fuel to the firestorm over their controversial (abuser-abusee) rapport.

Sadly, all this self-serving personal effort and grand media manipulation is a far cry from the original "power couple in bed" scenario. I refer, of course, to John Lennon and Yoko Ono , who in 1969 coordinated two well-publicized "bed-ins" for peace. In stark opposition to the Vietnam War, John and Yoko used their marriage and honeymoon as a tool to promote world harmony by holding press conferences in bed for a solid week at the Amsterdam Hilton (March 25th through March 31) and then again in the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal (May 26 through June 2).

Unlike the semi-estranged/semi-devoted and spotlight-addicted Chris and Rihanna, John and Yokoappeared together between the sheets and made themselves available to the media and others from morning to night. They conducted interviews, hung out with famous friends, and spoke with curious fans, all in the name of World Peace. Lennon even wrote and sang the song "Give Peace A Chance" during the course of their now-famous bed-ins.

While these well-publicized appearances were made viable by the newlyweds' celebrity and the overwhelming popularity of The Beatles, John and Yoko weren't taken very seriously at the time and more often than not treated as a comic punch-line.

Their controversial travails were then duly documented in The Beatles' hit single, "The Ballad Of John and Yoko" (and it must be noted: the couple's whirlwind travels -- from Southhampton to Paris, then Amsterdam, Vienna and Gibraltar -- couldeasily rival Rihanna's recent "777" tour ).

Regardless of the lukewarm reception to their maudlin plea for peace, the couple managed to stay on message and concluded that year by posting billboards in eleven cities across the world stating "WAR IS OVER! If You Want It ... Happy Christmas From John and Yoko."

In the time since John Lennon's tragic assassination in 1980, Yoko Ono has continued to keep the dream alive with more billboards, a documentary entitled Bed Peace on YouTube, a commemorative Imagine Peace Tower in Iceland and regular holiday advertisements in the New York Times .

Yes, even on the same New Year's Day that Chris Brown and Rihanna were playing hide-and-seek withthe media and teasing their ambivalent -- and many might say unhealthy -- relationship with tweets and Instagram photos, Yoko Ono placed yet another full-page ad in the Times saying only, "Imagine Peace."

That's not to say that Breezy and RiRi, as each is affectionately called, don't have their causes. Chris Brown recently launched his Symphonic Love Foundation while Rihanna has contributed her voice to many charities, from organizations that fight cancer to those that benefit sick children and others in need.

And, even while separated by four-plus decades, onecould imagine the chorus to "The Ballad Of John and Yoko" applying to Chris and Rihanna -- at least the line when Lennon sang, "Christ you know it ain't easy / You know how hard it can be / The way things are going / They're going to crucify me."

But where John and Yoko showed us all that there's a better way to use celebrity than simply to promoteone's self, it seems the contemporary couple -- with its instant access to tens of millions -- has a lot to learn.

In other words, all we are saying… is give us a break!

'Big Bang Theory' Sets Records With Biggest Episode Ever

Final ratings for Thursday night have the CBS comedy eclipsing previous highs in both total viewers and the adults 18-49 demo.

Final Nielsen returns for Thursday night have The Big Bang Theory breaking two records with its first episode of 2013.

Not only do Live+Same Day returns have the CBS comedy setting an even higher bar for total viewers (19.25 million), the episode topped its record haul among adults 18-49. The 6.1 rating bests Thursday'sfast affiliate showing by a tenth of a point. (The 6.0 adults record was set on Feb. 8, 2010, and matched the next month.)

And though a lack of broadcast competition no doubt played some part in the big returns, this has been an especially strong season for the comedy.

Big Bang Theory previously set a record with 17.63 million total viewers for its recent Nov. 15 episode.

Through December, the sixth season of Big Bang Theory is averaging a 5.1 rating among adults 18-49in Live+Same Day and a 7.1 rating with seven days of DVR usage.

In total viewers, the numbers are 16.2million and 20.3 million, respectively.

I Have No Issues With The Police - Iyanya

Kukere Master, Iyanya is allegedly wanted by the Nigerian Police, in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, in connection with the case of fraud brought against him by popular show organiser, Opa Williams.

Iyanya has however denied he is wanted by the police; muttering on phone "Don't mind them, I am inAbuja," Showtime reports.
According to reports, Iyanya's manager, Ubi-Franklin Ekpong is currently under arrest at Mile 3 Police Division,in the Garden city.

Opa Williams, the producer of Nigeria's foremost comedy show, 'Nite of a Thousand Laughs' reported Iyanya to the police for allegedly collecting N1.7 million from him being payment for the singer's performance at 'Nite of a Thousand Laughs' shows which held in Benin and Port Harcourt few days ago, but the Afro hip hop act never showed up at any of the shows.

Sources say Williams was angered by the fact that Iyanya was in Port Harcourt ahead of the show on Monday, but he was just nowhere to be found minutes later with his cell phones out of reach.

"He has caused me a lot of embarrassment, as peoplewho paid to come and watch him went home disappointed.

For 17 years, we have been organizing Nite of A Thousand Laughs and we have built a large followership, I will not allow anybody to destroy the credibility we have as people who deliver on their promises.

That's why we are going to pursue this case (legally) to a logical conclusion and ensure this is the last timeIyanya would do this to anybody." Williams stated.

"When Iyanya failed to show up at Benin edition, which held on December 26, he called to apologise, promising however to make it up with the Port-Harcourt and Bonny shows. But again, he did notkeep to his word," Williams added.

Sources say Iyanya's non-appearance was deliberate, as he performed earlier at another show which held the same day in Port-Harcourt and featured Timaya.

"We are aware of the issue between Opa Williams andhip hop act, Iyanya. The parties are at the moment at Mile 3 Police Division in Port Harcourt. Our client has informed us he is seeking redress in court.

However, there are moves to resolve the matter amicably. It is sad that Iyanya would behave in such an unprofessional manner, but then, the police are handling the matter well," Williams' media Company,Media Image Managers said.
